About DuPont Elementary School

Nestled in scenic Old Hickory, DuPont Elementary School proudly serves more than 315 students enrolled in classes ranging from Pre-K through the 5th grade. We are a neighborhood school with a history that reaches back to the 1700s.

The faculty, staff and administration at DuPont Elementary School serve our students with dedication and pride. Our teachers maintain high standards, and we stress academic achievement, the advancement of life skills and the teaching of character education across our curriculum.

Our students are encouraged to strive for excellence in all things, and we give them the opportunity to do that through blended learning, after-school tutoring and Encore, the district's gifted learning program.
